HR Strive: I am Mohsin, currently serving as the Senior General Manager (Head of HR) at SAJIDA Foundation, SAJIDA International, SAJIDA Hospital, and four additional companies. Together, these organizations represent one of Bangladesh’s largest conglomerates, employing over 7,000 staff across 450 offices nationwide. With 16 years of HR expertise, including 7 years in senior leadership roles spanning both NGO and corporate sectors, I bring a proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering organizational growth, and aligning HR practices with business goals. Academically, I hold an MA in English Language and an MBA from IBA, Rajshahi University. I am also a Certified KPI Professional, equipping me with advanced skills in performance management and organizational development.
